We will offer educators tools to rethink their role in the classroom. We will outline an actionable “unlearning” process that will guide educators through unlearning their own classroom biases in an effort to rethink the structure of the classroom and their roles within it. Educators will also discuss the benefits of student-driven learning and think about ways in which they can introduce this kind of mindset into their own classrooms. At the end of the session, participants will have the tools to rethink and envision entirely new schemas they may have never thought possible.
